Personal Data Processing Policy

This policy covers plcportal.ru: learning materials, examples, the FBD reference, editor, simulator, and enquiries through the website or email.

The personal data operator is Скопцов Илья Александрович, the owner of PLC Portal. Contact for data processing enquiries: admin@plcportal.ru.

The editor and simulator are available without registration. Account creation, sign-in, email verification, password recovery, and server project saving are disabled in the current version.

An FBD program you create or import is processed in your browser and is not sent to the service's project storage. Work stays in the current tab; to save it, download a JSON file to your device.

Disabling accounts does not automatically delete previous data. Records may include email, profile name, email verification status, authentication data, projects, program versions, and previous consents. Contact the operator about your previous account and its data.

The engineering request form remains available separately from the editor. It receives name, email, task type, and description. Company, phone or messenger, equipment details, document availability, and preferred contact method are submitted if you fill in those fields. The form does not accept attachments.

The request is emailed to the operator. After successful delivery, the service records email, consent type, document version, acceptance date, page language, consent source, and available IP address and browser information.

For email enquiries, the operator receives the sender address, message, and included data. Enquiries are used to respond, clarify the task, and handle correspondence. Form consent does not include marketing mailings.

When you open pages, the website infrastructure receives technical request data, including your IP address, page address, and browser information. This may be used to deliver pages, diagnose issues, and protect the service.

The website uses Yandex Metrica to analyse visits and interactions. It may receive page addresses, referral sources, device and browser characteristics, approximate location, visit identifiers, and interaction events. Webvisor, click maps, and link tracking are enabled; visits to the Telegram channel are recorded as an event.

Metrica processes data separately from project storage. The Cookies and Analytics page explains cookies, browser storage, and ways to restrict analytics.

Enquiries are handled in the operator's mailbox; consent records and previous accounts and projects may be stored in the service database. Public editor access does not mean technical data or analytics are absent.

Hosting infrastructure and an email service support the website and correspondence; Yandex receives analytics data. Transfers depend on the function used: a request email, a technical page request, or an analytics event.

Retention depends on its purpose: handling an enquiry and correspondence, documenting consent, maintaining a previous account, or diagnostics. Contact the operator about retention of specific data, access, correction, or deletion. Data is subject to deletion when its processing purpose ends, unless another lawful basis requires continued retention.

To request information about processing, correction or deletion of your data, or to withdraw consent, email admin@plcportal.ru. State your request and the email used for your enquiry or previous account so the operator can locate records.

The operator may request information necessary to establish your connection to a record. Do not send passwords or access tokens. Withdrawal ends processing based on consent; processing with another lawful basis is considered separately.
