1. When consent is given
By selecting the separate consent checkbox and submitting an engineering request, I consent to the operator Скопцов Илья Александрович, the owner of PLC Portal, processing the data below to handle my enquiry. Operator contact: admin@plcportal.ru.
Opening this page does not record consent. Reading materials and using the public FBD editor do not require submitting a request. Registration, email verification, and server project saving are disabled in the current version.
2. Data and purposes
Consent covers my name, email, task type, and description, and any optional fields I fill in: company, phone or messenger, equipment details, document availability, and preferred contact method.
To document consent, the service records email, consent type, document version, acceptance date, page language, source, and available IP address and browser information.
The purposes are receiving and reviewing the request, responding, clarifying the task, handling the enquiry, and documenting consent. Consent does not include marketing mailings and does not replace the information on the Cookies and Analytics page.
3. Processing operations
Processing includes receiving form data, emailing the request, recording consent, storage, retrieval, correction, use to respond, and deletion when processing ends. It uses software and review by the operator.
The email service and hosting infrastructure are used as needed to deliver the enquiry and operate the website. The Personal Data Processing Policy describes the data and processes in more detail.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the purposes of reviewing and handling the enquiry are achieved or until withdrawn. Records may be retained afterwards if another lawful basis applies.
To withdraw, email admin@plcportal.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of personal data processing consent”. Include the email used in the request and details to locate it, such as its submission date. Use the same sender address where possible.
The operator reviews the withdrawal and ends processing based on consent unless another lawful basis applies. A response or further handling may become impossible after withdrawal. Withdrawal does not prevent use of the public editor or learning materials.
