1. Purpose
PLC Portal (plcportal.ru) is an educational resource operated by Скопцов Илья Александрович. It provides logic and PLC learning materials, program examples, an FBD block reference, a visual editor, and a simulator. Contact: admin@plcportal.ru.
The editor and simulator are intended for learning, prototyping, and preliminary logic checks. They do not connect to real equipment and do not replace industrial PLC programming software.
2. Access and saving
Materials, examples, the reference, editor, and simulator are available without registration. Account creation, sign-in, email verification, password recovery, and server project saving are disabled in the current version.
Your program stays in the current browser tab. Download a JSON file before refreshing or closing the tab to save it; you can import it later. Automatic recovery of unsaved work and access to previous server projects are unavailable in this mode.
On small screens, the website offers learning materials and examples; the full editor is intended for a larger screen.
3. Use rules
Users are responsible for their programs and their right to use imported materials. Infrastructure attacks, bypassing access restrictions, distributing malicious materials, and unlawful use of the service are prohibited.
Simulation results do not certify a program's safety or suitability for production. Separate engineering review and testing in the appropriate environment are necessary before applying logic to real equipment.
4. Materials, availability, and enquiries
Learning materials and examples may contain simplifications and errors. Results depend on implemented blocks and the simulator model. Report errors with a description and, if needed, an educational JSON example.
Features and availability may change during updates or maintenance. Users save any needed JSON files on their own devices.
The separate engineering request form is for contacting the operator and requires consent to data processing. Submission alone does not establish a contract for paid work; scope, dates, and pricing are discussed separately.
